How are the LED wristbands controlled?
The wristbands are controlled centrally over RF/IR wireless signal. A single command sends colour, effect and rhythm to the whole venue, reaching every wristband within milliseconds.
Does it integrate with our existing lighting (DMX)?
Yes. The wristbands can be programmed from a DMX console alongside your stage lighting. Your lighting operator treats them like another fixture; pre-programmed timecoded shows are also supported.
What is the coverage range? Does it work in a stadium?
A single transmitter covers an area 600–700 metres across, indoors or outdoors. At stadium scale, 40,000+ wristbands can be controlled in sync simultaneously.
How long does the battery last?
The wristbands run continuously for roughly 7 hours, enough for a full event. For longer programmes we plan replacements together.
Rental or purchase?
Both. For one-off events we offer rental with operator support included; for recurring use, purchase packages with logo printing. Pick the model that fits you in the quote wizard.
How long does setup take? Do we need a crew?
Transmitter setup takes minutes, not hours, and needs no rigging. For rentals, our team handles setup, show operation and collection after the event.
Can we print our logo on the wristbands?
Yes. Straps can be printed with your logo and a QR code, with selectable strap and print colours. Use the Strap Studio on the Playground page to preview your design.
Which colours and effects are possible?
RGB LEDs produce 16 million colours. 32+ effects are ready out of the box, including solid, pulse, wave, chase and sound-reactive mode, with exact matching to your brand colours.
Can we split the venue into zones with different colours?
Yes. Wristbands can be assigned to groups/zones: per-stand colour splits, wave effects and transitions sweeping from stage to crowd are all possible.
How do distribution and returns work?
Wristbands are handed out at entry, optionally pre-sorted by seat/zone plan. For rentals we set up collection points at exits and refurbish the bands for reuse.
Are the products certified?
The wristbands are CE certified and the skin-contact straps are hypoallergenic.
How far in advance should we book?
For standard quantities 1-2 weeks is usually enough; for logo-printed or high-volume orders we recommend 3-4 weeks. If your date is close, message us anyway — we can often expedite.
