How long does the battery last?
The wristbands run continuously for roughly 7 hours, enough for a full event. For longer programmes we plan replacements together.
Can we print our logo on the wristbands?
Yes. Straps can be printed with your logo and a QR code, with selectable strap and print colours. Use the Strap Studio on the Playground page to preview your design.
How long does setup take? Do we need a crew?
Transmitter setup takes minutes, not hours, and needs no rigging. Setup and programming training is given to your team at delivery — staff who are not stage technicians can run the system.
