Strap colour and print design are approved; a sample wristband can be shipped on request.

Branded production is ordered. Lead time depends on quantity and print detail and is stated clearly in the quote.
4. Delivery and training
Equipment is delivered and your team is trained on site or online.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes — our minimum order is 500 wristbands, and it applies to both unprinted standard units and logo-printed production. Unit price steps down as the quantity rises.
What are production and delivery times?
Unprinted stock items ship quickly. For branded production, lead time varies with quantity and print detail and a firm delivery date is given in the quote. If your event date is close, we can start with unprinted stock and have the branded run ready for the next one.
What about warranty and spare parts?
Electronics and transmitters are covered by warranty; consumables such as straps, batteries and covers can be supplied separately later. We recommend a spare quantity based on how intensively you use them.
Can our own team run it?
Yes. The control interface is designed to be usable by staff who are not stage technicians. Training is given at delivery, and operator support can be arranged for the first show where DMX integration is involved.
