A single list price for LED wristbands would be misleading: the same quantity costs very differently at a one-night wedding and at a three-day festival. Price is driven by quantity, event duration, control type (IR / RF / DMX), number of zones, printing needs and the city the operation runs in.
The items on this page are the actual variables we calculate when preparing a quote. Enter your event type and guest count in the quote form and we send the matching package and a firm price over WhatsApp within minutes.
Our minimum order is 500 wristbands. Unit cost falls as quantity rises, with tiered pricing around the 500, 2,500 and 10,000 unit thresholds.
A one-night reception and a multi-day festival differ in how many spare bands and how much charging equipment you need, which shows up in the total package.
IR control is economical in small halls. RF gives wide-area coverage; DMX is used where the show needs lighting-console integration.
Separate colour control per stand, table or hall section increases transmitter and programming requirements.
Logo, sponsor branding or QR printing on the strap adds a cost item based on quantity and number of colours.
Delivery address and shipment weight affect the price. On high-volume orders, shipping is itemised separately in the quote file.

The same quantity produces very different costs depending on event duration, control type and number of zones. Rather than publishing an unrealistic list price, we produce a firm figure from a few details in the quote form.
For printed production we work with a deposit at order confirmation and the balance on delivery. Stocked standard items are paid in one go; the terms are stated openly in the quote file.
Printing is a separate item calculated by quantity and number of colours. Mention that you want logo printing when requesting a quote and the price will include it.
With event type, date and guest count, a quote usually goes out the same day. Where custom print design is involved, it is finalised after the design is approved.
